Community Nursing Research Forum
This is a UK-wide Forum for nurses and midwives interested in community research.
Aiming to strengthen the capacity of community-based nursing research through peer support, mentorship, and supporting personal development and research opportunities.
The forum, currently funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), was launched in July 2022 and is led by Dr Ben Bowers QN and supported by Lucy Pratt.
We are building interdisciplinary research capacity in nursing through individual and collective learning and endeavour. This editorial in BCJN summarises the origins, development, and achievements to date of the Forum.
QNIS is working in collaboration with QNI to ensure that the forum can support community nurses and midwives in Scotland.
